Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
If you are a consumer (a natural person not acting within the scope of your business activity), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving a reason within 14 days from the date you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

You may use the withdrawal form template available upon request, but it is not mandatory. The withdrawal period is met if you send the notification before the 14-day deadline.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the goods must be:
• Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
• Complete with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
• Accompanied by a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase
• Sent back to us within 14 days of notifying us about the withdrawal
Please note: Custom-made or specially ordered products (e.g., ducts cut to non-standard lengths, custom RAL/Pantone colors) cannot be returned unless they are defective. This exclusion is in accordance with § 7(6)(c) of the Slovak Consumer Protection Act for distance contracts.
Return Shipping
The cost of returning goods is borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped). We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you agree otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different model, size, or variant, please contact us at info@ventit.eu. We will arrange the exchange subject to product availability. The original product must meet the same conditions as for returns described above.
Defective Products & Warranty Claims (Reklamácie)
If you receive a defective product or a product that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at info@ventit.eu with the following information:
• Your order number
• A description of the defect or discrepancy
• Photographs of the defective product and packaging
We will acknowledge your claim within 3 business days and resolve it in accordance with applicable Slovak consumer protection laws (Act No. 108/2024 Coll.).
Warranty period for consumers: 24 months from the date of delivery.
Warranty period for business customers (B2B): 12 months from the date of delivery.
Depending on the nature of the defect, we will offer repair, replacement, a reasonable discount, or a full refund in accordance with the law.
