These principles regulate the processing of personal data of visitors to the website www.ventit.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), registered users (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), and customers who place an order via the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

To better target advertising campaigns and improve the offer of products and services, VENTIT uses information about the goods that our customers have purchased. If you have cookies enabled in your browser and you agree to their use, VENTIT obtains data about your visit to the Website, viewed products, and other activities on the Website.

 

VENTIT does not collect or otherwise process any sensitive personal data, such as data about your health status, religion, or beliefs.

 

3. For What Purposes Do We Process the Data?

 

3.1 Performance of the contract

We use your name, surname, and contact details to process your order, i.e., to perform the contract between VENTIT and the customer. The processing of data in this case includes all activities from the registration of the order, its processing, including payment and delivery of the ordered goods. Processing is necessary for the performance of the contract and also to fulfill legal obligations (accounting, tax regulations).

Your data may also be used by our customer support team to handle your inquiries, returns, warranty claims, and to provide technical assistance.
