The description and analyses in this section apply to the Complete set with the Flow 125 anemostat.
Premium Box Set
Draught-free ventilation and easy balancing. It guides air along the ceiling and you set the airflow directly in the box. A set for DN90 duct with the Flow 125 anemostat.

What is in the set

Why there are no draughts
You feel a draught when fast, cooler air lands on you. In a simulation with the anemostat in the centre of the room, the assembly prevented this as follows:*
What the airflow analysis showed
We calculated the airflow in the OpenFOAM CFD software for a 4.0 × 3.5 × 2.7 m room with a window and a door at a supply of 30 m³/h.*

Where to place the anemostat
The centre of the room, on a flat ceiling without obstacles, gave the best result. Air was distributed most evenly by height there, and the least escaped through the gap under the door.*
| After 4 minutes | Centre | Corner by window | By the door |
|---|---|---|---|
| Air speed in 95 % of occupied zone | up to 0.058 m/s | up to 0.073 m/s | up to 0.056 m/s |
| DR in 95 % of occupied zone | 2.1 % | 4.4 % | 1.8 % |
| Fresh air at foot level | 4.15 % | 7.29 % | 2.82 % |
| Fresh air at seated head height | 4.35 % | 4.97 % | 6.93 % |
| Supplied air lost through the gap in 4.5 min | about 1.3 % | about 2.8 % | about 4.4 % |
Easy balancing directly in the box

The regulator is part of the box. You balance the airflow during installation and commissioning without closing the anemostat, which stays in its designed position.

FAQ
What does the Premium Box Set include?
Plenum box with regulator and clip, silicone duct seal, short flange and Flow 125 anemostat. DN90 duct is ordered separately.
Why does this set avoid draughts?
In the simulation, air travels along the ceiling, where it slows down and nearly reaches room temperature. Air speed is then below 0.06 m/s in 95 % of the occupied zone. Cold air running down a cold window still remains.
Where should the anemostat go?
As close to the centre of the room as possible, on a flat ceiling without obstacles. Best avoid a position next to the door.
Where is the airflow set?
With the regulator in the box, during installation and commissioning.
Are these values measured?
No, they are CFD simulation results for a supply of 30 m³/h. Physical airflow measurement is in progress, and we will quote noise only after measuring it.
No draughts. Regulation directly in the box.
The Premium Box Set combines the plenum box, seal, flange and Flow 125 anemostat into one set.
* CFD simulation results, not measurements. Supply 30 m³/h at 21 °C, regulator open; room 4.0 × 3.5 × 2.7 m at 23 °C, window glass 18 °C. Unless stated otherwise, the anemostat is in the centre of the room. Pressure drop: isothermal calculation 13.8 Pa, room calculation 12.9 Pa.
The transition box on its own
This section applies to the transition box, which is part of the set and is also sold separately.
Premium Plenum Box with Regulator
A premium angled plenum box for one DN90 duct with internal Ø125 mm air-valve outlet and integrated airflow regulation directly inside the box.
Cleaner airflow balancing, less visual compromise.
The integrated damper moves the regulation point away from the visible air valve and into the box.
Why this design matters
Optional installation accessories
Two dedicated accessories can be used depending on the installation method.

FAQ
What is this plenum box used for?
It connects one DN90 duct to an internal Ø125 mm outlet for an air-valve collar and allows airflow balancing directly inside the box.
Is airflow regulation included?
Yes. The box includes an integrated damper for airflow regulation below the terminal element.
Why is regulation inside the box useful?
It reduces the need to close the visible valve plate, which can help lower the risk of whistling on supply air valves.
How is the DN90 duct secured?
The DN90 duct is inserted through a rubber seal and secured with an orange locking clip against pull-out.
Which accessories are available?
The concrete casting anchor set and drywall mounting flange are optional accessories designed for the 704010 plenum box.
Can the regulator be adjusted after installation?
The regulator is designed for airflow balancing during installation and commissioning, depending on the final system setup.
Premium airflow regulation inside the plenum box.
A professional DN90 plenum box with integrated airflow regulation, Ø125 mm outlet, rubber-seal duct connection and installer-friendly mounting details.
