Key Advantage

One-piece ductwork — no gluing

Our EPP ductwork is manufactured from a single piece of material — no bonding or gluing involved. Competing products consist of two blocks glued together, and that joint is the weakest point of the entire system.

Construction
Made from a single block of EPP — no seams or joints
Assembled from two blocks bonded with adhesive
Airtightness
100% airtight throughout the entire service life
Joint degrades over time and loses airtightness
Joint
No adhesive = no risk of degradation
Risk of air leakage at the bonded seam
Insulation
Uniform 20 mm thickness around the entire circumference
Uneven insulation at the glued seam
EPP Density
57 kg/m³ — superior noise attenuation and strength
Only 40 kg/m³ — weaker attenuation and lower durability
Technical Specifications

Why choose EPP ductwork?

Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) is the most advanced material for HVAC distribution systems. It combines excellent thermal insulation with mechanical durability.

EPP Duct cross-section
Outer: 200 mm
Inner: 160 mm
Insulation: 20 mm
One-Piece Construction
No gluing
Moulded from a single block of EPP. No seams, no adhesive, no weak points.
High EPP Density
57 kg/m³
Competitors use only 40 kg/m³. Higher density improves noise attenuation and strength.
Thermal Insulation
Lambda 0.039
Prevents heat loss. No surface condensation.
Service Life
50+ years
Chemically resistant, rust-proof, moisture-proof.
Easy Installation
Push-fit system
No adhesive or sealants needed. Reduces installation time by 40%.
Thermal Insulation
Integrated 20 mm EPP insulation with lambda 0.039 W/mK
Long Service Life
Resistant to moisture, chemicals, and ageing. 50+ years
Certification
Meets European standards for HVAC duct systems
Lightweight
Up to 70% lighter than metal. Reduced shipping and installation costs
Optimised Length

Why 0.75 m instead of the standard 1 m?

We surveyed our customers and discovered that the industry-standard 1-metre duct almost always gets cut on site. We designed ours shorter on purpose.

INDUSTRY STANDARD — 1 M Used: ~0.70–0.80 m CUT WASTE 20–30 cm thrown away You pay for 1 m — but use only ~0.75 m VENTIT — 0.75 M 100% used 0% waste You pay for 0.75 m — and use all of it Less waste · Lower cost · Faster install
The 1 m standard creates hidden waste
Our research revealed that virtually every 1 m duct section is cut during installation. Connections to recuperation units, manifolds, and tight routes with frequent elbows mean each piece needs trimming.
20–30 cm of unusable offcuts per piece
Short scraps too small for any practical use were simply thrown away. Customers paid for material that never made it into the system.
0.75 m — the optimal real-world length
The shorter length fits typical installation runs more precisely, so nearly every piece is used in full — with little to no offcut.
