How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are indicative and depend on availability. In-stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. If an item is out of stock or delivery takes longer, we will contact you by email or phone to arrange next steps.
Which carriers do you use?
We work with DPD, SDS, Raben, Schenker, Toptrans and Packeta. Smaller parcels up to 10 kg can also be delivered to Packeta Z-BOXes (24/7). You choose the delivery method at checkout and the price is displayed in the cart.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union via Packeta's partner network - including the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Poland, Hungary and more. Delivery outside the EU is available under EXW (Ex Works) terms.
Can I return a product?
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Custom-made products (e.g. non-standard lengths, RAL/Pantone colors) cannot be returned.
What is the warranty period?
The warranty period for consumers is 24 months from the date of delivery. For B2B customers it is 12 months. For FLEXIT recuperation units, an extended warranty of up to 5 years is available after unit registration and regular filter replacement.
How do I get an extended warranty for FLEXIT?
Register your unit within 12 months of purchase at ventit.eu/unit-registration. Then replace filters purchased through nestfilter.eu every 12 months. Each replacement extends the warranty by one year - up to a maximum of 5 years. If the filter replacement interval is not met, the extended warranty expires.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made by online credit card via the secure Stripe gateway, by advance payment based on a proforma invoice, by cash on delivery, or by cash/card at personal collection. Specific options are displayed based on your chosen delivery method.
Do you offer B2B wholesale prices?
Yes, we offer special wholesale prices for registered B2B partners. After registration and entering your company ID/Tax ID/VAT number, wholesale prices excluding VAT will be displayed in the e-shop. Register via the B2B form or contact us.
